Honey is magic. You can put it on burns, it's a natural energy source and antioxydent powerhouse. If you have a persistent cough, reach for the honey pot, not a cough drop. Alone, a teaspoon of honey will quell a cough.

1/4 + teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 + teaspoon ground ginger
1 Tablespoon honey
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons water
Mix and take by the teaspoon.
About three teaspoons is a good first dose.
