Hey, Come on, this is *much* more fun than watching paint dry!
The fermentation process continues. The olive color has deepened and the bubbles are somewhat less frequent.
I expected it to bubble for a solid six days, not four. But, we'll see what tomorrow brings.

There is a lot more sediment, aka dead yeast dusting the pickles and collecting on the bottom. The amount of brine in the catch-saucer is increasing but the liquid level in the jar remains the same.
