Manfriend Spike bought me a fabulous gift, a grinder for my mixer! I'll need it when we make haggis next week.
I wanted to play with it so I made steak tartar. I t was lovely.
But, frankly, I think I like it better with the meat finely chopped with a knife. The texture was better.
Live and learn. Either way, steak tartare is never really sucky, is it?
